Extinction Rebellion (XR) is calling for 100,000 people to converge on parliament this April to demand action on the climate crisis.

On the fifth episode of #BrightGreenLive, our editor Chris Jarvis interviewed Etienne Stott, an Olympic gold medallist in canoeing and an activist with Extinction Rebellion. In the conversation, they discussed Extinction Rebellion’s planned mobilisation on 21-24 April, what gives him hope in the climate emergency and whether XR’s tactics are effective.
