Yes. Now is the time. The incumbents are obviously utterly discredited, and Labour looking likely to swamp them at the next GE, despite being in total disarray themselves and unable to get down from the Brexit fence they are still squatting on.
I chose to stand down in my constituency in 2019 to avoid splitting the ABC vote – it was the right decision, even though the Tory still got in – but I would be less uncomfortable standing in a contested constituency today (in the last two GEs I have stood in safe Labour seats).
By the same token, I suspect that thinking voters will be less likely to vote with their heads rather than their hearts given the present dire straits that the Conservative Party so deservedly finds itself in.
There has rarely been a more opportune time to vote Green!
